A safer space to talk, reflect and take care of yourself.
SafeTalk gives students a private, supportive place to check in, explore wellbeing tools and connect with the counselling unit when they need it.
How are you
feeling today?
Support should feel simple.
SafeTalk is a wellbeing support system created for POLIMAS students. It combines private conversations, wellbeing check-ins and self-help activities in one calm digital space.
The goal is not to diagnose. It is to make it easier for students to pause, understand how they are doing and reach appropriate support when needed.
